资源简介:
This dataset contains all relevant measures, interpretations, and rankings used to determine Coastal Road Exposure Susceptibility Indices (CRESI) for 303 mileposts and points of interest across coastal state routes in Hawaii. CRESI variables are beach and coast geomorphologies, erodible land buffer volume, ground slope, coastal ground cover and structures, road base or subgrade, armoring, relative sea-level change rate, shoreline accretion or erosion rate, mean tidal change, and significant wave height. CRESI ranking criterions are described in chapter 1 of the State of Hawaii Statewide Coastal Highway Program Report. Access database files are delineated by island and contain field measurements, interpretations, and CRESI rankings for all mileposts and variables. Notes, locations, and images taken in the field are embedded in the Access "Field Forms" for each milepost. Data collection figures summarize and outline individual milepost assessments with relevant field measurements, images, and cross-sectional drawings. This project was funded by the Hawaii Department of Transportation, HWY-06-16, entitled "Statewide Highway Shoreline Protection Program Study Update."
