A taxonomic revision of the genus Angelica L. (Apiaceae) in the Azores reveals five new single island endemic species

This dataset contains the morphological matrix used for the taxonomic and comparative analysis of Angelica species from the Azores. A total of 95 characters (35 quantitative and 60 qualitative), encompassing both vegetative and reproductive traits, were recorded from field observations and laboratory analyses of preserved material. Character selection was based on their taxonomic relevance, observed variation among individuals, and diagnostic value for species delimitation.
