The τ decay library TAUOLA, update with exact O (α) QED corrections in τ → μ(e) v v decay modes

Abstract
A new algorithm for the generation of the complete O (α) QED corrections for τ decays into leptons is presented. It provides an update to the τ decay library TAUOLA and can be easily combined with this library and any other bigger packages like KORALB or KORALZ which contain TAUOLA.

Nature of problem
Comparison with previous version, and reasons for new version: The powerful tau decay library is now available. This program, so far did not include QED radiative corrections in any of the decay modes. This update includes QED corrections for the decay modes tau -> mu(e)nu nu(bar).
