Cloud Condensation Nuclei measurements in summertime in Narsaq, South Greenland during Greenfjord 2023
收藏资源简介:
Abstract and dataset contents: This dataset contains CCN total concentration measurements averaged at 10-second resolution (from a native 1-second resolution) using a Droplet Measurement Technologies CCNC-100 instrument. Measurements were performed at the Narsaq International Research Station (NIRS) in southern Greenland (60.9158°N, 46.0533°W, 17 m above sea level), across a range of supersaturations: 0.1%, 0.15%, 0.2%, 0.5%, and 1% during the Greenfjord campaign in June-August 2023. Full description of the dataset can be found in the metadata_CCN.doc file. Briefly, the dataset file (Lv2_CCN.csv) includes: Datetime Supersaturation measurements given by CCN counter (0.1,0.15,0.2,0.5,1%) CCN number concentration per supersaturation Interstitial inlet flag to inform data user when CCN counter was switched from total inlet to PM1 inlet Pollution flag to inform data user when short-lived spikes can be found in the data from local anthropogenic pollution Inlet relative humidity (RH) flag to inform the data user when the RH in the inlet system reached over 40 % Funding acknowledgements: This work was supported by funding from the Swiss National Science Foundation grant no. 200021_212101, the Swiss Polar Institute grant no. SPI-FLAG-2021-002 Greenfjord, and the ENAC Flagship 2022 ECO-Plains.
