This dataset was generated in an in vitro systems toxicology study where the impact of exposure to aqueous extract (AE) of tobacco heating system (THS) 2.2 aerosol was investigated on processes implicated in vascular pathomechanisms and compared to that of 3R4F cigarette smoke (CS) AE.
The transcriptome (mRNAs) of cell cultures was characterized using Affymetrix GeneChip® Human Genome U133 2.0 Arrays.
This dataset contains the statistics resulting from the comparison of treatment and control groups.
