This dataset consists of sequencing data on the enrichment levels of histone acetylation in sweet potato roots under salt stress.On the third day of salt stress (NaCl) treatment at 22:00, root samples were collected from sweet potatoes with or without red carbon dots (RCDs) sprayed. Two biological replicates were prepared for each input sample and immunoprecipitation (IP) sample. Perform ChIP seq and ChIP qPCR analysis using replicates of each IP and input sample. Immunoprecipitation of root chromatin was performed using anti-H4Kac antibody (pan acetylated antibody, Active Motif, # 39925, USA). The ChIP DNA and input DNA (untreated chromatin samples) libraries were constructed and sequenced using the MGISEQ-T7 sequencer (MGI, China) by Wuhan Saikang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The original sequencing reads were aligned to the reference genome (Sweet Potato Beauregard Genome Assembly Annotation Version 1) using default parameters, and peak detection was performed using MACS2 (v.2.1.1). The annotation and distribution analysis of peak values follow standard procedures.
