Deaths due to swine flu in Mexico 2011-2022

During the influenza season of 2022-2023, seven deaths due to swine flu (influenza A H1N1) occurred in Mexico. A season earlier, the country had not registered deaths related to the disease. However, the highest number of deaths due to swine flu (influenza A H1N1) reached 998 people in the 2013-2014 season, while the number of cases in Mexico added up to 6,905 by that time.
