"This study examines the dispatching-related factors influencing passenger satisfaction with the Nanning Rail Transit Line 1 (NNRT) by focusing on the impact of different passenger characteristics such as gender, commuting purpose, employment status and commuting frequency during regular and disrupted service. The analysis reveals no significant difference in overall satisfaction between genders or whether respondents possess a driving license. However, there are considerable differences in commuting purposes, with notable differences in satisfaction with running speed during service disruptions, coach congestion during regular service and overall satisfaction scores. Employment status and commuting frequency also contribute to passenger satisfaction, particularly with alighting time and train speed. The Kruskal-Wallis test affirms the significant differences in the satisfaction of passenger groups with different employment statuses and commuting frequency, especially with alighting time and train speed. The result indicates that platform waiting time during regular operations is the primary factor influencing passenger satisfaction, followed by the number of stops and train frequency. On the other hand, the key factor affecting overall satisfaction during service disruption is alighting time, with factors such as the number of stops and train frequency remaining significant."
