Country-wide dataset of water sources, including type, installer, quality. Each row in this dataset represents subnational administrative unit observations. Data was last updated on OpenAfrica on 2023-11-30. Geographic scope: Africa (multiple countries). Curated into ML-ready Parquet format by Electric Sheep Africa. The dataset contains 28,845 rows and 39 columns (11 numeric, 28 categorical), split into 23,076-row train and 5,769-row test sets. It includes geographic coordinates, water point types, installation dates, functional status, managers, and 39 other variables.
