Vibrio vulnificus Albufera's strains

These Vibrio vulnificus isolates come from the Albufera de Valencia natural park (Spain). Sampling was carried out during the different seasons of the years 2022 and 2023. For genome sequencing, the respective libraries were prepared using the Nextera XT Library Preparation Kit (Illumina). Sequencing was performed with the MiSeq (Illumina) run v3 300 cycles. The size of the resulting libraries was around 600 bp on average.
