In 2024, Samsung was the leading foldable smartphone vendor, expected to ship around nine million units in that year and holding over 50 percent of the market. Huawei ranked second, with shipments forecast to reach roughly 5.5 million. Motorola and other manufacturers were expected to ship lower numbers.
