This dataset contains raw and processed data generated for the doctoral thesis, “Characterisation of Double-Negative B and Plasma B Cells in the Tumour Microenvironment of NPC”. It includes.RDS files containing <b>sin</b><b>gle</b><b>-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) dataset</b> derived from <b>NPC tumour samples</b>, <b>NPC patient-derived blood samples</b>, <b>non-malignant tissue samples</b> and<b> nasopharyngeal</b><b> organo</b><b>i</b><b>d</b>; as well as those from a <b>s</b><b>cRNA-seq dataset derived from co-culture experiments</b> where <b>naive B cells </b>were <b>co-cultured with EBV-positive (EBV+) and EBV-negative (EBV-) NPC43</b> cells. <br>Excel files of processed <b>single-cell BCR-sequencing (scBCR-seq) data</b> used in the study.<br>Excel files of raw data of <b>ELISA assays to detect MIF in EBV+ NPC and EBV- NPC cell culture supernat</b>ant, as well as<b> flow cytometry gating of B cell subsets in coculturing experiments</b>, including <b>Na</b><b>iv</b><b>e B cells with EBV+ vs EBV- NPC, with the stimulation of BAFF + anti-IgM antibodies</b>; <b>Na</b><b>ive</b><b> B cells with EBV+ NPC, under treatment of 3.75 and 7.5 ug/ml of anti-IgG or anti-TNFRSF14 antibodies</b>, w<b>ith the stimulation of BAFF + anti-IgM antibodies</b>; <b>Naive B cells cultured with 50 ng/ml and 100 ng/ml MIF or without MIF, with the stimulation of BAFF + anti-IgM antibodies</b>; and <b>Naive B cells with normoxia versus hypoxia EBV+ NPC, with the stimulation of BAFF + anti-IgM antibodies</b>.<br>Excel files of <b>analysed/processed data of H2DCFDA and MTT assay</b> between n<b>ormoxic versus hypoxic EBV+ NPC43 cells</b>.<br>Excel files of <b>patient data within scRNA-seq data </b>and <b>tonsil sample collection</b>.This dataset comprises RDS files and Excel files representing both bioinformatic and experimental data, and supports the reproducibility of the findings described in the thesis.<br>
