Rice root-associated fungal microbiome raw sequence reads

This project contains ITS sequencing data representing the fungal community associated with rice (Oryza sativa) roots. The samples were collected from both organic and conventional paddy fields across various developmental stages of rice. This study aims to explore the diversity, structure, and ecological roles of fungal communities in the rhizosphere and rice root endosphere. The findings will contribute to a better understanding of plant-microbe interactions and help improve agricultural sustainability.
