In this study, Ames Dwarf and wild-type mice were subjected to a high-fat diet for 12 weeks to induce metabolic associated steatotic liver disease. Liver transcriptome analysis was performed to identify the genes and pathways underlying the metabolic resilience of Ames Dwarf mice to high-fat diet induced hepatic injury.
