Reproducibility Package for A Cross-Dataset Robustness Benchmark for Plant Disease Recognition under Controlled-to-Field Domain Shift

This record contains the reproducibility package accompanying the manuscript “A Cross-Dataset Robustness Benchmark for Plant Disease Recognition under Controlled-to-Field Domain Shift.” The package provides the frozen split manifest, exact-duplicate audit records, experiment configuration and environment information, seed-level result files, class-wise performance summaries, completion records for 126 non-smoke runs, and a notebook for inspecting and reproducing the reported analyses. The benchmark harmonizes PlantVillage, PlantWild_v2, and PlantDoc into a shared 16-class disease taxonomy and evaluates controlled-to-field domain shift using fixed training, checkpoint-selection, and reporting procedures. Raw third-party image datasets and trained model checkpoints are not redistributed. Users should obtain the original datasets from their respective official sources and follow the documentation included in the package.
