本数据集原始数据来自于海洋调查资料汇编，经人工校对—第三方复核—温盐垂直分布图检查—着陆检查—统计水深、时间范围，判断水深、时间录入是否存在错误—数据质量检查和统计等无纸化质控检查过程后，制作形成南海北部温盐资料整编数据集，供海洋研究使用。

The raw data of this dataset is sourced from marine survey data compilations. Following a set of paperless quality control (QC) procedures including manual proofreading, third-party review, inspection of temperature-salinity vertical distribution maps, landing inspection, statistical validation of water depth and time ranges to identify input errors for these two parameters, as well as comprehensive data quality inspection and statistical analysis, the compiled temperature-salinity dataset for the northern South China Sea is finalized for marine research applications.
