GWAS summary statistics for canine glaucoma in Shiba-Inu and Shih-Tzu dogs

This dataset contains summary statistics for 102,927 SNPs included in the cross-breed meta-analysis of glaucoma in Shiba-Inu and Shih-Tzu dogs. The dataset includes breed-specific association statistics for Shiba-Inu and Shih-Tzu dogs together with the corresponding cross-breed meta-analysis results. Genome-wide association analyses were performed using an additive model adjusted for age, sex, and the first five principal components. The cross-breed meta-analysis was performed using a fixed-effect inverse-variance model. Genomic positions are based on the CanFam3.1 genome assembly.
