该检测数据适用于钢筋的质量进行评估的有力工具。完全符合相关规范所要求的试验流程的应用,可以给出与标准相符的结论,提供了可靠性和可重复性的结果,从而有助于实现项目的成功完成和建设安全。该数据依据GB/T28900-2022《钢筋混凝土用钢材试验方法》、GB/T1499.2-2018《钢筋混凝土用钢 第2部份:热轧带肋钢筋》 ,使用液压式万能试验机WES-600B、液压式万能试验机WE-1000B、钢材冷弯试验机等仪器测得2个试件在弯曲180度后受弯处无裂纹状态下的极限荷载值,计算得出二次极限屈服强度实测值。计算公式为:极限屈服强度实测值=极限荷载值/(π*(公称直径/2)^2),比较极限屈服强度实测值与极限屈服强度标准值,若二次极限屈服强度实测值均大于等于极限屈服强度标准值,则钢筋屈服强度工艺性能符合要求。
This test data serves as a powerful tool for evaluating the quality of steel bars. It strictly complies with the test procedures required by relevant specifications, delivers conclusions consistent with official standards, and produces reliable and repeatable results, thereby contributing to the successful completion of projects and construction safety.
This dataset is developed in accordance with GB/T 28900-2022 *Test Methods for Steel Products for Reinforced Concrete* and GB/T 1499.2-2018 *Steel for Reinforced Concrete – Part 2: Hot Rolled Ribbed Bars*. Using instruments including hydraulic universal testing machines WES-600B, WE-1000B, and steel cold bending testing machines, the ultimate load values of two specimens were measured when no cracks appeared at the bent section after 180-degree bending, and the measured secondary ultimate yield strength was calculated.
The calculation formula is: Measured ultimate yield strength = Ultimate load value / (π × (nominal diameter / 2)²). Compare the measured ultimate yield strength with the standard ultimate yield strength. If both measured secondary ultimate yield strength values are greater than or equal to the standard ultimate yield strength, the technological performance of the steel bars' yield strength meets the specified requirements.
