This dataset contains 600 valid responses collected through an online survey conducted between May 1 and September 30, 2025, via the specialized wine platform Sobrelias.com. The study investigates consumer preferences in wine e-commerce platforms in Spain, focusing on functional and psychological factors influencing purchasing decisions. A total of 607 responses were initially collected. After data cleaning, 7 observations were removed due to more than 30% missing values, resulting in a final sample of 600 valid responses. The questionnaire used a five-point Likert scale (1 = Not at all important; 5 = Very important) to measure ten items related to e-commerce platform evaluation criteria. The dataset is accompanied by fully reproducible scripts (Python, executable in Google Colab), which generate all tables, statistical analyses, and figures included in the study.
