Genes associated with Gabarapl1-KD in LNCaP. Genes associated with Gabarapl1-KD in LNCaP

We want to find genes who's expression are regulated by or associated with Gabarapl1. For this purpose, we knocked down Gabarapl1 gene. Samples were prepared for microarray and data processing were performed by Shanghai Biotechnology Corporation. Overall design: Gabarapl1 expression was knocked down in LNCap gab_2 sample comparing to LNCap plko sample(control). shRNA targetting Gabarapl1 was used to knock down Gabarapl1. Non-targetted shRNA was used as a negative control (LNCap plko sample). RNA extraction, construction of libraries, and microarray using human gene expression 4x44K microarray (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA) were performed by Shanghai Biotechnology Corporation (Shanghai, China).
