To unravel the mystery behind Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA14's heightened virulence compared to PAO1, we delve into the depths of their genetic makeup. Employing RNA sequencing during exponential growth, we compare the transcriptomic profiles of all 5263 orthologous genes between these strains. Our aim? To validate the reliability of an operon predictor, NOISeqOPE, while shedding light on the underlying genetic factors driving virulence.
