Data and Code to reproduce analyses from Evans et al. 2020 , 'Socio-demographic, and not environmental risk factors explain fine-scale spatial patterns of diarrheal disease in Ifanadiana, rural Madagascar'.

This includes all of the scripts that were used in the analyses for this paper. It also includes environmental data at the cluster and commune levels, which matches the spatial and temporal scale of each of the models. However, it does not include any data from the longitudinal surveys or the health system.
