资源简介:
The raw proportion of unmapped concepts and the unmapped concepts over time vary greatly by site and by domain. The proportion of unmapped concepts plotted over time reflect the period of 2010 to 2025. Twenty-five threshold violations were flagged for this data cycle: 1. A high proportion of unmapped concepts in the Measurement table applied to the Lab Units domain. This flag indicates 71% of concepts in this domain are unmapped, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 40%. 2. A high proportion of unmapped concepts in the Visit Payer table applied to the plan_class domain. This flag indicates 90% of concepts in this domain are unmapped, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 10%. 3. A high proportion of unmapped concepts in the Visit Payer table applied to the plan_type domain. This flag indicates 97% of concepts in this domain are unmapped, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 10%. 4. A high proportion of unmapped concepts in the Procedure Occurrence table applied to the Ordered Procedures domain. This flag indicates 13% of concepts in this domain are unmapped, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 10%. 5. A high proportion of unmapped concepts in the Visit Payer table applied to the plan_class domain. This flag indicates 51% of concepts in this domain are unmapped, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 10%. 6. A high proportion of unmapped concepts in the Visit Payer table applied to the plan_type domain. This flag indicates 100% of concepts in this domain are unmapped, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 10%. 7. A high proportion of unmapped concepts in the Immunization table applied to the All Immunization domain. This flag indicates 11% of concepts in this domain are unmapped, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 10%. 8. A high proportion of unmapped concepts in the Visit Payer table applied to the plan_class domain. This flag indicates 13% of concepts in this domain are unmapped, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 10%. 9. A high proportion of unmapped concepts in the Drug Exposure table applied to the Drug Route domain. This flag indicates 100% of concepts in this domain are unmapped, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 99%. 10. A high proportion of unmapped concepts in the Visit Payer table applied to the plan_class domain. This flag indicates 37% of concepts in this domain are unmapped, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 10%. 11. A high proportion of unmapped concepts in the Visit Payer table applied to the plan_type domain. This flag indicates 100% of concepts in this domain are unmapped, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 10%. 12. A high proportion of unmapped concepts in the Immunization table applied to the All Immunization domain. This flag indicates 11% of concepts in this domain are unmapped, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 10%. 13.
