Making an appointment or reservation by the respondent via a website or app with public authorities or public services (such as reservation of a book in a public library, appointment with a government servant or a state healthcare provider) for private purpose. Data refer to the last 12 months before the survey. The data source is the annual EU survey on the use of ICT in households and by individuals.
