Single combined archive supporting the article 'A decentralized neutrosophic decision layer for global-state freshness in microservices architectures' (Scientific Reports, under review). It contains BOTH (i) the complete evaluation data -- the raw per-trial CSVs for all five master seeds, the canonical aggregated result summaries underlying every figure and table, the generated figures, and the content-hashed calibration file -- and (ii) the full implementation: the neutrosophic operator/score panels, the ANTLR-based DSL and rules engine, the decentralized act/abstain decision protocol, the baselines, the simulator, and the figure/table generators (file nsdsl-software-v1.zip). All outputs are produced under a fixed calibration (canonical SHA-256 16dc5ef33908a3723eb896b1bba1129ed147643f8a3bef4a55c459f9ec836070, recorded in every CSV header) and the recorded random seeds described in the Methods. The data are released under CC BY 4.0; the bundled software is released under the MIT licence (see the LICENSE file inside nsdsl-software-v1.zip).
