This is the SARS-CoV-2 wastewater surveillance genomic data from Gwangju, South Korea, conducted by the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA).We compared the performance across multiple sequencing platforms and analyzed contemporaneous clinical specimens to evaluate the utility of wastewater-based surveillance for detecting viral variants.
