Transcriptome analysis of ear cartilage lipochondrocytes at multiple stages of differentiation.

RNA-seq data was obtained from mouse ear cartilage lipochondrocytes at varying postnatal stages. The transcriptome of each stage was analyzed and compared against other stages, creating a "timeline" of cellular events. Adult transcriptome data was analyzed and compared against adult white adipose tissue adipocyte transcriptome. Transcriptome profiling of mouse ear cartilage lipochondrocytes at five postnatal stages. Samples were compared against each other or to inguinal adipocyte controls. Three replicates per sample.
