物料标准消耗是在车间生产一定数量的产品时,业务部门制定的需要消耗的物料数量;实际消耗是在车间生产过程中所发生的物料耗用,主要包括辅助材料、低值易耗品等。为了帮助业务部门了解车间生产过程中物料标准消耗情况,通过本算法得到物料标准消耗与实际消耗之间的消耗差异率数据,再将数据与FineBi可视化工具相结合。业务部门可以在任何时刻通过车间、物料代码等多维度分析车间生产过程中物料标准消耗与实际消耗之间的消耗差异率情况,从而业务部门可以采取相应的措施进行优化,合理控制物料标准消耗,为企业降低成本增加效益。物料标准消耗与实际消耗差异率的算法规则包括以下几个方面:1、数据采集:通过端口进入,从而获取设备的信息数据,完成信息数据的采集。2、数据校验:通过对导入的产量、BOM单位用量等数据进行比对和验证,以确保数据的一致性、准确性和完整性。3、数据处理:通过使用WebService的方式连接数据库,实现数据交互。关于日期、车间、物料代码等字段通过唯一主键进行多表关联,搭建所需字段的SQL模型。通过FineBi数据分析计算各日期、车间、物料代码等统一维度的分组汇总(∑(每组同一维度字段的值))的结果值即使用改进的K=1+1.3log(N^2/100)*e^2。其中,标准消耗n=产量*BOM单位用量;消耗差异率w=(实际消耗*p-标准消耗*r)/标准消耗*r。(p,r)称为物料代码点的中心即满足最小二乘估计下的线性回归方程,p为实际消耗的基础系数,物料代码每增加一个指定单位,基于消耗差异率w相应地平均增加r个标准消耗系数。通过该算法能更加清晰的分析到某时间段或某颗物料的不同物料标准消耗与实际消耗的消耗差异率分析情况,从而更好把控车间实际消耗数降低实际消耗成本。
Standard Material Consumption refers to the quantity of materials specified by the business department for consumption when the workshop produces a certain number of products. Actual Material Consumption refers to the material usage incurred during the workshop's production process, mainly including auxiliary materials, low-value and consumable items, etc.
To help business departments understand the standard material consumption status during workshop production, this algorithm is used to calculate the consumption difference rate data between standard material consumption and actual material consumption, which is then combined with the FineBi visualization tool. Business departments can analyze the consumption difference rate between standard and actual material consumption during workshop production at any time from multiple dimensions such as workshop and material code. Thus, they can take corresponding optimization measures to reasonably control standard material consumption, thereby reducing costs and increasing benefits for the enterprise.
The algorithm rules for the consumption difference rate between standard and actual material consumption include the following aspects:
1. Data Collection: Access via ports to obtain equipment information data and complete the collection of information data.
2. Data Verification: Compare and verify imported data such as production volume and BOM unit consumption to ensure the consistency, accuracy and integrity of the data.
3. Data Processing: Connect to the database via WebService to realize data interaction. Perform multi-table association on fields such as date, workshop and material code through unique primary keys, and build an SQL model for the required fields. Use FineBi for data analysis to calculate the grouped summary results (∑(values of the same dimension field in each group)) for unified dimensions such as date, workshop and material code, using the improved formula K=1+1.3log(N²/100)*e². Among them, standard consumption n = production volume * BOM unit consumption; consumption difference rate w = (actual consumption * p - standard consumption * r) / (standard consumption * r). The pair (p, r) is called the center of the material code point, which satisfies the linear regression equation under the least squares estimation. p is the basic coefficient of actual consumption: for each specified unit increase in material code, the consumption difference rate w will correspondingly increase by an average of r standard consumption coefficients.
This algorithm enables clearer analysis of the consumption difference rate between standard and actual material consumption for a specific time period or a particular material, thereby better controlling the actual material consumption in the workshop and reducing actual consumption costs.
