Untargeted metabolomics data from the analysis of craft and industrial beers, and craft beer brewing samples

This dataset contains metabolomics data from analyzing craft beers, industrial beers, and brewing samples of an in-production wheat ale craft beer. Data was acquired via an Agilent LC-MS system, obtained both in positive and negative ionization modes. Raw data from the instrument was converted to the mzXML format via ProteoWizard MSConvert.
