SMARCA4 (BRG1)-deficient undifferentiated carcinoma is a rare and highly aggressive malignant tumor previously reported to predominantly occur in organs such as the thorax (pleura, lung, and mediastinum), uterus, esophagus, stomach, pancreas, and colorectum. Cases arising in the bladder are exceedingly rare, and their molecular pathogenesis remains poorly understood. Here, ultra-deep sequencing analysis using 601-gene panel targeting tumor molecular targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and hereditary susceptibility was performed in a case of bladder SMARCA4 (BRG1)-deficient undifferentiated carcinoma.
