RNA-seq of Crassostrea gigas from gill and digestive gland tissues

A transcriptome study of two tissues from Pacific oyster (Crassostrea gigas), gills and digestive glands, examining the effects of microplastics on transcription. A control (0 microplastics per liter) and treatment (5 microplastics per liter) were compared at multiple times (0h, 3h, and 14d) after treatment.
