青藏高原地理环境独特,为研究高海拔、高寒生态系统碳水循环提供了良好的实验平台。但由于自然条件的限制,青藏高原腹地碳水通量的研究还比较欠缺,迫切需要对其进行长期的数据监测及整理。本数据集为高寒草原化草甸生态系统2004–2010年通量观测数据,数据采集地位于青藏高原腹地的中国科学院当雄高寒草甸研究站(简称当雄站),基于ChinaFLUX数据处理体系形成了标准化的生态系统碳水通量和关键气象要素数据集。本数据集对准确评价青藏高原高寒草甸生态系统碳水通量在区域和全球碳水循环中的地位和作用具有重要意义。本数据集共包括8个数据子集,分别为通量和气象数据半小时、日值、月值、年值8个数据产品。其中,通量数据产品包括生态系统CO2 净交换量(NEE)、生态系统CO2总交换量(GEE)、生态系统呼吸速率(RE)、生态系统潜热通量(LE)、生态系统显热通量(Hs);气象数据包括空气温度,空气相对湿度,水汽压,风速,风向,大气压,太阳辐射,光合有效辐射,净辐射,土壤温度,土壤体积含水量,降水量等气象要素。
The unique geographical environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau provides an excellent experimental platform for studying carbon and water cycles of high-altitude, alpine ecosystems. However, restricted by natural conditions, research on carbon and water fluxes in the hinterland of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau remains relatively scarce, and long-term data monitoring and collation are urgently needed.
This dataset contains flux observation data of the alpine steppe-meadow ecosystem from 2004 to 2010. The data were collected at the Damxung Alpine Meadow Research Station of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Damxung Station for short), located in the hinterland of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. A standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements was developed based on the ChinaFLUX data processing system.
This dataset is of great significance for accurately evaluating the status and role of carbon and water fluxes of alpine meadow ecosystems on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in regional and global carbon and water cycles.
This dataset includes 8 data subsets, corresponding to 8 data products: half-hourly, daily, monthly, and annual flux data and meteorological data respectively. Among them, the flux data products include ecosystem CO2 net exchange (NEE), gross ecosystem CO2 exchange (GEE), ecosystem respiration rate (RE), latent heat flux (LE), and sensible heat flux (Hs); the meteorological data cover air temperature, air relative humidity, water vapor pressure, wind speed, wind direction, atmospheric pressure, solar radiation, photosynthetically active radiation, net radiation, soil temperature, soil volumetric water content, precipitation, and other meteorological elements.
