Lily's relative sign operator

This paper introduces the Relative Operator 𖤐_, independently invented by 13-year-old Lily Amy Williams (Nguyen Thi Ha My). This operator defines a dynamic relationship in which two quantities A and B can simultaneously satisfy equality or inequality depending on a set of conditions C and C'. Applications of this operator include Cantor's Paradox, Gödel Incompleteness, the Three-Body Problem, quantum superposition, and AI model collapse. The paper is written in Vietnamese.
