资源简介:
We synthesized cobalt-nickel-iron-boron (CoNiFeB) coatings using the electroless deposition method. CoNiFeB thin films were deposited on n-type silicon wafers coated with titanium and gold layers. Substrates were dipped into a 40 mL electroless plating bath containing sulfates of nickel, cobalt and iron and dimethylamine borane for 60 seconds. Coatings were obtained from solutions with pHs of between 8 and 9.5 and temperatures between 60˚C and 90˚C. Data reported in this dataset includes the deposition rate and chemical composition of the CoNiFeB thin film at the each of the experimental pHs and temperatures. Crystal structure of the films that developed under different pHs and temperatures was determined using x-ray diffraction (XRD). XRD data is presented as 2-theta and intensity for each temperature and pH studied. The magnetic fields of the films measured using a vibrating sampling magnetometer are reported for films developed at each temperature and pH. This dataset supports the publication: Azizi, A., et a., 2013. Tuning the Crystal Structure and Magnetic Properties of CoNiFeB Thin Films.
