Kaifeng, a historic ancient city, has suffered destruction in seven flood events. Following each destruction, the city was restored and expanded on its original site. The research team consulted a vast array of historical materials and compiled a dataset of Kaifeng's city walls dating back to the Liang Dynasty, aimed at supporting studies on the evolution of local civilization. This dataset holds critical value for scholarly research into the history of Kaifeng and its ancient city walls. The original data is derived from Kaifeng's historical maps and historical documents. This dataset includes schematic diagrams of Kaifeng's city walls from the Warring States Period, Tang, Song, Ming and Qing dynasties, along with relevant research literature.
