Topic Modeling Implementation using Stack Overflow and GitHub Issue reports data related to Scientific Workflows

These two files contain the implementation of our topic modeling algorithm using our dataset. We have employed the widely adopted LDA algorithm, a prominent topic modeling technique, to categorize the topics. Additionally, state-of-the-art methods were employed to preprocess the data effectively. To determine the most suitable number of topics, we conducted experiments with various values, and some of the results are showcased in the script. Our implementation files are self-explanatory and provide a clear understanding of the procedures used. <br>
