This press copy book contains copies of letters received from individuals concerning the availability of leases for a particular section of land. Applications regarding plans and Gazette slips of various leases are also included as well as inquiries concerning the terms and conditions under which a particular area can be leased. Each copy contains a brief note from the Department to the person writing the letter stating what procedure or what action has to be adopted.
