The chemical freeze-out paramters temperature Tch, the baryon chemical potential μB, the strangeness under-saturation factor γS , and the fireball volume V of the system derived of hadrons, including light-flavor, strange-flavor particles, and light nuclei, produced in Au+Au collisions at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC) at \sqrt{sNN}=7.7-200 GeV by the Thermal-FIST thermodynamic statistical model. Three different particle sets are used in the analysis, those are I:$\pi^\pm$, $K^\pm$, $p$($\bar{p}$), $\Lambda$($\bar{\Lambda}$), $\Xi^-$($\bar{\Xi}^+$); II: I + (anti-)deuterons+triton; III:(anti-)deuterons+tritons.
