Table S4: Heatmap of willow phenotypic correlations

This R script reproduces Table S4 of the manuscript entitled, "Multiple plant traits shape the genetic basis of herbivore community assembly." Specifically, this script calculates willow (Salix hookeriana) phenotypic correlations (Pearson's r) among the 40 traits measured in this common garden experiment. This script also generates a heat map for visualizing these correlations.
