Raw sequence reads for Invasive Neisseria meningitidis Population Structure 2011-15 in the United States

We assessed the population structure of invasive Neisseria meningitidis (Nm) obtained through Active Bacterial Core surveillance (ABCs) from 2000–05, 2006–10, and 2011–15. Attached are the sequence reads for those that underwent whole genome sequencing.
