Dataset of the Criminal Chamber Cases from the Supreme Court of Justice of Paraguay

This dataset contains 5,000 criminal cases decided by the Paraguayan Supreme Court. This dataset is a novel resource for examining the Paraguayan criminal justice system and offers valuable insights into its functioning. Various types of statistical information such as the number of judicial resolutions per semester, the kinds of actions resolved, how many positive and negative outcomes were obtained, and the frequency with which judges appear during a year are contained in this data. This rich dataset allows multiple investigations into the Paraguayan Supreme Court’s judicial activity. This data set therefore provides a detailed look into the operations of the court that can be used by researchers to conduct deep studies on judicial processes and trends within Paraguay.
