Genome sequencing and assembly of multiple Cercospora cf. flagellaris individuals. Cercospora

Cercospora cf. flagellaris is a fungal pathogen that causes Cercospora Leaf Blight (CLB), one of the most important foliar diseases of soybean. The objective of this study was to perform the genome assembly of 28 individuals of C. cf. flagellaris and perform comparative genomic analyses to identify points of variability that could be related to pathogenicity and host specificity.
