该数据集合是基于南京曦光信息科技研究院的“海缆健康监测系统(XG-SCHMS-1300)”在实际项目(如越南海上风电项目、卡塔尔海光缆项目)中持续采集、处理和整合而成的 。数据集融合了分布式光纤传感技术与船舶自动识别系统(AIS)信息 。它通过分布式光纤声波/振动、温度及应变传感器,实时获取海缆本体及其周边环境的物理状态数据,同时结合AIS数据,精确监控海缆附近的船舶活动 。通过特有的算法模型对多源异构数据进行深度分析,可精准识别抛锚、拖拽、非法采挖等外部威胁事件,并评估缆体的健康状况(如局放、环流、载流量等),形成具有高时效性、高准确度和高价值密度的综合监测与风险预警数据资源 。

This dataset was continuously collected, processed and integrated from practical projects including the Vietnam Offshore Wind Power Project and the Qatar Submarine Cable Project, leveraging the "Submarine Cable Health Monitoring System (XG-SCHMS-1300)" developed by Nanjing Xiguang Information Technology Research Institute. It integrates distributed optical fiber sensing technology and Automatic Identification System (AIS) information. It employs distributed optical fiber acoustic/vibration, temperature and strain sensors to acquire real-time physical state data of the submarine cable itself and its surrounding environment, and combines AIS data to accurately monitor ship activities near the submarine cable. Through in-depth analysis of multi-source heterogeneous data using its proprietary algorithm models, it can accurately identify external threat events such as anchoring, dragging, illegal dredging, and evaluate the health status of the submarine cable (such as partial discharge, circulating current, current carrying capacity, etc.), thus forming a comprehensive monitoring and risk early warning data resource with high timeliness, high accuracy and high value density.
