Passage-dependent size distributions of human-derived cells: implications for metabolic assays - data

Single-cell sizes (quantified in terms of equivalent diameters) of human-derived phenotypes over subsequent passage numbers, measured using an automated imaging-based cell counting. Specifically: The "Overall" sheet contains cumulative single-cell equivalent diameter distributions measured for six human-derived phenotypes; The followinf sheets contains single-cell equivalent diameter distributions for increasing number of passages measured for HepG2, A459, ADSC and SH-SY5Y cells, respectively.
