The DivK regulon is composed of genes that are differentially expressed (threshold log2-fold change: 0.5) upon deletion of divK. Only genes with a p-value <0.25 (paired T-test) and an RPKM value of >25 were taken into account. For each gene, it is indicated if this gene is bound by CtrA in the ChIPseq experiment (CtrA ChIP) and if it is present in the CtrA direct regulon. Genes that are present in the same operon (predicted by DOOR2) are highlighted in the same color. Genes are subdivided into functional categories based on manual annotation using the UniProt database.
