This record contains: Precomputed FuncVEP and ClinVEP scores for all possible missense variants Reproducibility package (data.zip): data required to reproduce the full FuncVEP framework PheWAS summary statistics for IEI genes in UKB and the MSM biobanks Training sets for external variant effect predictors, including (recursively) the training sets of any component predictors used within those VEPs GitHub repository snapshot containing the publication version of the source code and trained models.
