This project is part of a larger one called molecular characterization of carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae (CPE) isolated in the Bacteriology laboratory of Aristide Le Dantec National University Teaching Hospital in Dakar Senegal.We aim to perform whole-genome sequencing of CPE, detect drug resistance genes, virulence genes and mobile genetic elements.
