Glucocorticoid mesocosm experiment with Ambystoma talpoideum, Oxford, MS, USA 2016

We performed a glucocorticoid manipulation study
in outdoor mesocosms containing developing larvae
of the mole salamander Ambystoma talpoideum
(Ambystomatidae) to examine the impact of
glucocorticoids on facultative paedomorphosis.
They study lasted for one year. It dosed
individuals with foure levels of glucocorticoids
(control, low, medium, high; N=32, n = 8, k=4) and
we measured morphological response variables of
developing larvae.
<br>There are many datasets here, but all of them are directly referenced in the R script in their appropriate sections. Half of them are simply used for graphing purposes.
