Dataset for the Study of the Theoretical Model for Integrating Artificial Intelligence into Scientific Research in Education

This dataset was prepared for the development and validation of a theoretical model for integrating artificial intelligence into scientific research in education. It contains bibliographic metadata, DOI identifiers, PDF processing statuses, and semantic extraction results obtained from scientific publications retrieved from scientometric databases and Semantic Scholar. The dataset includes records related to the use of artificial intelligence tools in educational research, academic research, research management, research monitoring, verification and validation procedures, evaluation criteria, and phased integration of AI into scientific activity. Selected full-text publications were processed using local large language model analysis in order to identify components of the theoretical model. The dataset may be used for bibliometric analysis, semantic mapping, systematic literature review, development of conceptual frameworks, and further research on responsible and methodologically grounded use of artificial intelligence in educational research.
