Literature review of lake surface water temperature trends

This dataset includes data extracted from 75 studies which published lake surface water temperature trends. Literature was extracted from Google Scholar and SCOPUS from May to August 2025. This dataset accompanies a submitted manuscript which analyzes the methodological differences in studies globally. More information on literature review methodology is included in the supplemental information of Woelmer et al. YYYY. Metadata on column names is listed below, as well as in the SI material of Woelmer et al. YYYY.
